GOAL
The Goal of the Viva Village is to build a local team and provide employment to community members at the Village, to provide all services needed. Teaching, Child-Care, Cooking, Cleaning, Gardening, Farming, Building and Management of the Viva Village are all portfolios that are filled from within the community around the Viva Village.
Activities & Programmes
Capacity Building and training of local community members to fill vacancies at the Viva Village
Where skills are absent, internships are provided and on-the-job training by Viva staff and managers from established programmes and projects.
